Heidi pair HOMESCHOOL CONSULTING

Heidi Pair began homeschooling in 2001 and has since graduated both of her children. Her homeschool graduates received scholarships and grants with acceptances from many higher education institutions, including in-state public, out-of-state public, and private liberal arts schools. Heidi co-founded a local homeschooling support group, SHARE, and continues to serve on its leadership board. She has worked as a product reviewer, blogger, and columnist for various organizations, including The Old Schoolhouse Magazine, Homeschool Mosaics, Eclectic Homeschool Online, and Propeller. She owned Pear Educational Products until 2014. She is currently the Assistant Director for Renaissance Homeschool Group, which serves over 400 students K-12. Heidi has a B.S. degree in Engineering Arts from Michigan State University and worked in the automotive industry and as a skydiving instructor prior to homeschooling. She has held membership with Michigan Association for College Admission Counseling (MACAC) and is a current member of Michigan College Access Network (MCAN). She has completed the MACAC Counseling in the College Selection Process and MCAN's School Counselor Postsecondary Education Planning Training Course. Heidi has also earned the Access Advisor NCAN Certified Badge and is endorsed by MCAN in Postsecondary Educational and College Advising.
