Creating a High School Strategy for College

Would you like to give your student an edge to get into a selective college? What can you do during the high school years to help your student have a stand-out application at the end of his or her high school career? This 2-hour, interactive workshop will help you develop a strategic high school plan for your college-bound student. We will discuss what colleges like to see during the high school years (both academic and extracurricular) and how to keep track of it all in preparation for college applications. Additionally, we will discuss options to get a head start on college work, such as AP courses/exams, CLEP exams, and dual enrollment. There will be a time for Q & A during the workshop. Participants will leave with a basic high school plan.
